Sunday SPRING-along!

18 “Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.
Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV

Signs of spring!

Softball season started weeks ago. Let’s just say that in the weeks of practice we’ve been in the snow, wore shorts, and spent the last two weeks drenched from rain. Our first game should have been two weeks ago. We haven’t played yet.

Yesterday evening as Chris and I were heading down the driveway I noticed some Easter Lilies. SPRING!

The calendar said it days ago, but the signs are finally starting to show.

I know April showers bring May flowers, but I’m ready to get this season going.

Bring me some green and some blooms, please!

  1. Yay! It's coming! Although there is still much snow in the yard. I did notice some green things pushing up through the ground though. (I'm just not sure what they are.) It doesn't matter … they're green. What a winter it has been, huh? Bring on the sunshine and warmth! Thanks for sharing this post!

  6. Today the sun is shining and my deck door is open to let some fresh air in the house. Spring is certainly welcome after such a harsh winter. Great post and nice pictures. Thanks for sharing
